What the heck is a "NAKED halter?!"

A naked halter is a very thin line or rope that is very popular in the equine photography world. It helps a photographer during post production to edit out the halter to make it look like there was never a halter involved in the first place.

Photoshop is a very powerful tool and although it CAN remove a bulky leather halter, using a thin strand is much less work to remove then a thick halter.
